Cross Disciplinary Subject(CDS), Music, is such a great disappointment to me cause I thought the tutors will teach us playing instruments like guitar or piano. Instead, it’s just plainly theory ALL THE WAY. The “best part” of the whole lectures and tutorials was talking about the history of music. IT’S HISTORY YO!! You know how much I loathe History just like how I loathe Social Studies and Geography. The only difference between lectures and tutorial is that no Microsoft PowerPoint is used during tutorials. After glancing through the whole tutorial book, I’ve found AT LEAST one interesting part of this CDS, which is Music Technology cause we will be composing songs using a software. I hope this won’t disappoint me again.
Anyway, enough of me complaining how boring Music CDS is. I went to clubroom to have lunch after my CDS ended. I’ve bought Subway for lunch and this time round, I ate 1 foot long bread. 1 FOOT LONG FTW! 6 inches is not enough for me. Accompanied Jacqueline to Funan Mall after my lunch and then meet my family for dinner at Somerset.
We shopped around Orchard ION after dinner and mum bought a shirt for me and my sis and 2 t-shirts for brother. My brother never fails to pick feminine clothes for me whenever we went shopping. He’s just trying to disturb me and he will always give me that type of ‘穿一下裙子會死啊?’ look whenever I say a frank ‘NO!’.
I got really tempted when we walked past a food stall selling Japanese rice balls. This was what I’ve said to my brother:
Me : Eh, the rice balls is damn tempting leh. How ah? We just had dinner.
Brother: I wanna try that also. Super tempting lor!
Me : So…wanna buy? I wanted to eat that rice ball badly. Damn tempting man!
Brother: So you wanna buy?
Me : I cannot stand it anymore! It’s way too tempting. *rushed to buy*
We gave in to our temptation and I shared with my brother. I told him that I will try out every single flavor if I go back to that food stall again. I’m a happy kid today cause I met 2 Japanese guy, 1 from the Japanese(Hokkaido) rice ball food stall, another 1 is a sales assistant. This made me feel that I was back in Hokkaido again cause on this day today of last December, I was in Hokkaido enjoying myself. Tell you a secret, I actually keep the itinerary till today as a “souvenir”.
Oh…I saw a vest and a blazer that I like very much in Esprite. Can money drop from the sky please?? I have a lot of things to buy in my mind.
